The proposed solution involves providing the NY branch with tools that cover the needs of the business and cover the gaps currently identified at an organizational, operational and technological level.
The entity has the necessary tools in NY to give continuity to a strategic business in the US, where the income obtained in the first year ($ 30 million) doubled the entity’s expectations.
The execution of the project allowed the entity:
